Returns Policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with FilsonShop. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Original tags and packaging must be included
• Final sale or clearance items may not be eligible for return
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for eligible items based on product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered instead.
Non-Returnable Items

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to complete the transaction.
